Congratulations to Hannah and Prakrati on their publication on mechanistic modelling of allergen-induced airway diseases in early life! This paper develops an in silico model to describe the pulmonary immune response to house dust mite exposure and investigates its impact on asthma pathophysiology, including airway eosinophilic inflammation, remodelling, and lung function.
